• You simply need to send us a digital photo or a photographic print.
• We will take extreme care in handling your photos, but it is always a good idea to make a copy in case something happens in transit. • Of course, the larger the photograph you send us, the better the print we can make. • As with digital photographs, the higher the resolution, the better the quality of the final print. • We recommend a resolution of 300ppi for digital files and can accept nearly all image types. |

• If you send us the original photo, it will be professionally scanned at a high resolution at no additional cost and will be returned to you along with your order.
• We provied minor touch-ups (such as red-eye removal or basic color adjustment) for no additional fee unless you request that the photo not be altered in any way. We will notify you if your photo requires any major repars or fixes. • We can artistically crop your image so it works with the proportions of the canvas size you've selected. Sometimes the image you send us just won't work in the finished size you selected. If that's the case we'll contact you with an alternative solution. |

• The finished art piece has the look and feel of a real textured canvas painting.
• The completed canvas is stretched by professionals on wooden bars, suitable for framing or hanging as is. •All of our works are "gallery wrapped" ... that is, the canvas is wrapped for a continuous image on all sides giving it a museum quality appearance. • Each canvas is printed using professional grade archival materials specially designed to protect against UV and environmental damage, including moisture. |
